(TCM Video Consultation Service)
(只限香港地區，孕婦及5歲以下小童除外) 為方便時間緊迫或未能親臨診所的求診者，我們提供便利的視像診症服務。讓您足不出戶，亦能得到專業的中醫調理。
Hong Kong only (excluding pregnant women and children under 5). Accessible healthcare for patients who cannot visit the clinic in person.
診症流程 (Consultation Process)
簡單預約 (Easy Booking)：
請透過 WhatsApp (97164997) 預約視像診症時段。
Schedule an appointment easily via WhatsApp.
視像評估 (Video Assessment)：
醫師透過視像進行問診，求診者需預先提供舌象照片及相關健康數據（如血壓、體溫等）。
Practitioners conduct assessments through video calls, utilizing tongue photos and health data.
藥物配送 (Medication Delivery)：
處方藥物會連同收據，透過靈活的配送方式直接送達。
Prescribed medication sent directly to your door.

我們提供靈活的配送服務，確保藥物安全、迅速送到您手中：
即日速遞 (Same-day Express Delivery)時效：
即日送到 (Same-day delivery)運費： 由客人自付 (At customer's expense)
順豐送遞 (SF Express Delivery)時效：
翌日送到 (Next-day delivery)運費： 由客人及診所各承擔一半 (Shared cost between the clinic and the customer)
親友代領 (In-Clinic Pick-up)
病人家屬亦可親臨診所代領藥物
